Before you begin: You must have the
folio number for the property in order to file online. If you do not have the
folio number you may use the following link to acquire it, http://www.miamidade.gov/pa/property_search.asp
Only Visa, MasterCard or American Express Payments are accepted for the online filing method.
You must complete all fields marked with a *Red Asterisk in order for your petition to be processed.
If the parcel type is vacant (land only), type the words “vacant land” in the property address box.
If you complete this petition online, the Value Adjustment Board will maintain an electronic copy of your petition, but will not preserve a hard copy in its office.
I. First
Enter the folio number and then click on the button to the right of the folio, “Get Info.”
II. Next
Verify that the information that has appeared is correct. Complete the remainder of the information including the required fields. After verifying all the fields are correct click on the “Submit Petition” button. Proceed to checkout.
III. Billing Information
Please complete all fields marked with an *Asterisk. After verifying all fields, Submit Payment.American Express,Visa and Mastercard Only!!!
