For the convenience of the citizens of Miami-Dade County, the Clerk's Office has five (5) District Court locations and the Central Marriage License Bureau in Downtown Miami
The District Court locations has Traffic, Misdemeanor, Civil Uncontested Divorce court hearings. Some also offer Domestic Violence case filing and court hearings.
