Code Enforcement is a quasi-judicial process which assists in expediting hearings requested by individuals cited by County Code Inspectors for violations of County Ordinances.
The Clerkâs Code Enforcement Division is responsible for the appeal process for Code Enforcement violations. This includes:
- Receiving and processing the hearing request from the public
- Scheduling the appeal hearing
- Notifying all parties of the scheduled hearing date and location
- Scheduling the Hearing Officers
- Rescheduling of hearings
- Notifying the public of the outcome of the hearing
To Pay for a Code Enforcement Violation:
