Welcome to the Miami-Dade Marriage License Bureau Appointment System.

Marriage License Applicants must complete the Marriage License Online Pre-Application and make an appointment to complete the process of obtaining the marriage license. In order to schedule an appointment, you will be asked for the application confirmation number.

Ceremony Appointments can be made to have your marriage ceremony performed by one of our Deputy Clerks. To schedule a marriage ceremony you need to have a valid marriage license. You will be asked for your License Number. The License Number can be located on the top portion of your Marriage License. You can use our Online Search to locate your Marriage License information. You will not be able to schedule an appointment without it.
